By far, Fires are the worse type of loss a homeowner or business owner can sustain. It's always best to have a professional on your side to handle the delicacy of temporary housing, personal property loss documentation and reporting, as well as the sensitive and sometimes structural components of the rebuild portion of the claim.
Flood
Flooding is becoming more and more common with the rise of sea levels and global warming factors. We highly encourage all of our clients to allow us to review all of their current insurance coverages and make sure they have proper Flood Insurance coverage to prevent irreversible losses.
Sinkholes
Sinkholes occur when the Earth’s support of a property is weakened causing the structure to begin to collapse. The collapse can often be sudden however it sometimes happens very slowly. At Prime Claims, we know how to handle these losses and we work side-by-side with Engineers to properly determine the causation of the Sinkhole.
Water Damage
Pipe bursts are the most common type of water losses in a home however we have dealt with water losses starting from water supply lines all the way to a leaky kitchen sink drain pipe. Water damage if not addressed quickly can lead to unhealthy fungus and bacteria growth, otherwise known as mold.Â

Vandalism is a malicious act performed by an individual(s) who damages your property via graffiti, breaking windows, doors, interior walls or personal property, etc. These type of losses should always be reported first to Police Authority promptly and the Insurance Company immediately afterwards.
